Having
grown up with Bands like Machine Head,
Alice in Chains, Sepultura, Pantera
and Disturbed, DROWN INC used the
Metal and Hardcore genres as a bold
outline for their own creation,
focusing on raw sounds and forceful
rhythms that are embedded by a unique
voice. This powerful blend of music
was appreciated so much, that the
label TTS Media Music signed DROWN INC
at the end of 2002.
The
members of DROWN INC formed in 2002 as
a result of Lars Bendfeldt (guit.) and
Patrick Blättermann (voc.) joining
the original members Thomas Presch
(bass) and Michael Rutta (dr.), which
created an enormous drive. Just before
the release of the debut Album “Momentum”,
DROWN INC had to replace Lars and
teamed up with Eike Steffen (guit.).
DROWN
INC has already had the pleasure to
support Bands like Godsmack, Subway to
Sally, In Extremo and Pyogenesis.
DROWN INC are also the proud winners
of Contests, including Hardsampler.de
and Internet-Metal.de, not forgetting
the Feedback they received through
countless Downloads from the most
common Music Internet sites.
In
the past and present, DROWN INC have
seen themselves as a Live band, and
have proved this playing at countless
concerts and festivals in Germany and
its neighbouring countries Holland,
Belgium, Italy etc.
To
experience DROWN INC live means that
you will see a band that presents
their music with maximum intensity:
ripping rhythms, impacting bass,
crashing guitars, extreme vocals and a
show, characterised with pure undamped
energy and emotion - raw and
intoxicating.
A
proof for this will be the videoclip
for “Until The Light Ends”,
recorded in July 2005 and presenting
the brandnew line-up. The clip will be
released close to the CD “Momentum”.
Following the release of this Album,
DROWN INC will proceed to tour Germany
and its neighbouring Countries
intensively.
